The Woman Circle

The Woman Circle is both life skill and self-acuity lessons – skills to transcend the vicissitudes of life – lessons in the luxury of accessing patience with self.

A collective reset – wellness moments to breathe and decompress. A revival of the trope of women getting together in the kitchen to talk about life, love and family extends the conversation into our current concerns.

Wellness practitioners will be a staple component of every meeting of The Woman Circle. Members of the circle will be able to access these services as a balm on the road to learning to include self-care skills as a way of life, stress management, mental balancing and collective healing.

Each meeting of this supportive circle will be a lesson in managing the internal and external noise and triggers necessary for long term mental stability.
