Sarah Lidgus

BIO

Sarah uses whatever feels right–art or design, teaching or talking–to start conversations about how cities can be friendlier places for their citizens. She has been the recipient of several IDSA awards for her design work, has been awarded fellowships at IDEO.org and the Design Trust for Public Space, as well as a finalist for the Loeb Fellowship. Sarah has been published in a wide range of magazines from salon.com to I.D. to Frieze, and has had her work written up in publications like the New York Times and Crains. She has previously lectured at  AIGA NY, NYU, The New York Times, and Harvard. This past April, the project she had been working on for the Design Trust had its own exhibition at the Queens Museum.
