Join us for our regular Final Friday social! On the last Friday of each month, The LP hosts a casual social event at our storefront where Bed-Stuy residents and friends can meet and connect over creative activities and neighborly conversation.
At The LP’s storefront, participants will build a community altar that honors the legacy of queer and trans Brooklynites and New Yorkers of color. We invite community members to contribute items to our community altar for temporary display over the next month. The creation of this altar will culminate in a discussion where participants are encouraged to speak on the significance of their altar items and share stories with their fellow QTPOC community members.
