Project: Stages for Success!
Emotional Intelligence workshops. These in-person workshops engage participants by using theater, role-play and creative exploration. At each workshop, participants do theater games, acting activities and team building competitions with the goal of practicing self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship skills. I believe each of these competencies can help people face any crisis with lower levels of stress, less emotional reactivity and fewer unintended consequences. Unfortunately, violence (or the threat of it) is a part of just about every aspect our lives. The statistics of violence in many communities, schools, and even in places of worship is at an all-time high.
