Group Bio: The Word Is Change
The Word Is Change is a neighborhood bookstore whose mission is to sell used and new books in an art-filled environment, hosting events and meetings while helping to support and build communities. Opened in November 2021, The Word Is Change provides books on speculative fiction, Black and gender studies, radical politics and theory, and art books sections.
