BIO
Sarah Rowe’s work as a ceramic artist began fourteen years ago in the rural mountain village of Obuse, Japan where she apprenticed in a traditional ceramic studio with master potter Keiichiroh Sato. She has participated in group exhibitions in Brooklyn, Connecticut and Japan. She recently received her MFA in Ceramics from Lehman College, where she became interested in combining printmaking and ceramics. Most recently, she was accepted into the AIM Program at The Bronx Museum of the Arts.
