Please tell us about a place in your neighborhood that is personally meaningful to you, and why?

Ali’s Trinidadian Roti on Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy is such a staple for me, and has been for the past 3 years that I’ve lived in NYC. The obvious reasons are baked into the menu. But aside from the food which is amazing, Ali and his staff have always been exceptionally kind to me. Ali’s will always be meaningful to me for the simplicity in which they regularly communicate care.
