Our work is largely supported by the wonderful donations of individuals, foundations, and public agencies that care about art, justice, and community. We invite you to invest in our work to weave art into everyday spaces by making a one-time or recurring cash contribution, donating a wishlist item, or purchasing an item from the shop.

Thank you for supporting The Laundromat Project!
Your generous monthly gift is especially important and deeply appreciated because it helps us focus on doing what we do best: bringing engaging, community-responsive art and artists into neighborhoods of color across Greater New York City.
You can also support The Laundromat Project by donating an item from our wish list! Your in-kind donation helps us continue connecting art, artists and community. You can help us significantly reduce our budget by providing pro-bono services, free access to facilities, and/or tangible goods. To donate services or facility access, please contact us. To donate goods, please visit our Amazon wish list or see below.
In-kind donations through our Amazon wishlist are greatly appreciated and help reduce our operating costs, allowing us to make a greater impact on the lives of New Yorkers in the communities we serve. Materials bought elsewhere can be sent to our P.O. Box:

We’re proud to announce the success of our first ever peer-to-peer fundraising campaign, The People-Powered $10K Challenge!
40 awesome People Movers recruited an incredible 345 donors from 4 countries and 24 states, raising $13,684 altogether. And with the help of a generous $1,500 matching grant from the Theo Westenberger Estate, they raised a grand total of $15,184!
It’s precisely this kind of grassroots support that empowers us to fulfill our mission of amplifying the creativity within our communities, and we look forward to expanding our Create Change Public Artist Residency in 2014 thanks to YOU!
